By accessing or making a booking through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of advance payment and written confirmation from Westend Hotel Matheran. All bookings are subject to availability.
2. Payment Policy
- 50% advance payment is required to confirm your reservation.
- Balance payment must be cleared before or upon check-in.
- Accepted payment methods: UPI, Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Cards.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 15+ days prior: Full refund (minus processing charges)
- Cancellations made 7-14 days prior: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 7 days: No refund
- Early check-out or no-show: No refund
4. Check-in & Check-out
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.
5. Hotel Rules
- Guests are requested to maintain peace and respect the heritage property.
- Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
- Pets are not allowed inside the rooms.
- Management reserves the right to refuse service to any guest without prior notice.
6. Liability
Westend Hotel Matheran shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. Guests are advised to keep valuables in the provided safe.
